At STOW London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original STOW dust bag and box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
